These terms govern your use of fishteen.com (the "Site"), operated by Fishteen LLC ("Fishteen," "we"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Our products — including Recalo — have their own separate terms, presented within each product.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, bypass security measures, scrape it at high volume, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and source materials of the Site are owned by Fishteen LLC. You may view and share links to the Site but may not copy or republish substantial portions without written permission.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fishteen LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
